Luciano L. Prida, Jr., CPA

Is the managing shareholder of Prida Guida & Company, P.A. He has extensive experience in small business consulting, merger and acquisition analysis, and tax and estate planning, in addition to traditional accounting and tax professional services. He also has experience in litigation support and tax representation before Federal and State agencies, and has prepared various applications regarding financial institution and holding company formation and financial institution mergers.

Mr. Prida received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1972, magna cum laude. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He has served as director of the City of Tampa Internal Audit Department, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of a financial institution and member of its loan committee.

George K. Guida, CPA

A firm shareholder, received his BA (accounting major) from the University of South Florida in 1986, and joined our firm in 1990, after several years with an international firm. In addition to experience in traditional accounting and tax services, Mr. Guida has extensive experience in audits of small businesses, retirement plans and not-for-profit and governmental organizations. During his years in public service he has served a variety of clients in business consulting, tax planing and representation before State and Federal taxing authorities. He has expertise in various industry segments, including health care, professional sports, manufacturing, non-for-profit and governmental. He is a member of the AICPA and FICPA, and currently is responsible for the firm's accounting and auditing services.

Andres S. Prida, CPA

A firm shareholder, received his BS in Accounting form Western Kentucky University in 1998 and his Masters of Accounting with a tax specialization from the University of Florida in 2000. He was a member of the Golden Key national Honor Society. Mr. Prida has expertise in traditional accounting, audit and tax services, tax planning and business consulting. He is a member of the AICPA and FICPA.

David D. Giglia, CPA

Received his B.A. (accounting major) from the University of South Florida in 1975, and joined our firm in 1982. In addition to expertise in traditional accounting and tax preparation services, he has extensive experience in business consulting, and estate tax planning. He also has experience in tax representation before State and Federal authorities. Mr. Giglia has expertise in several industry segments, including the medical profession, equipment dealers, and various other personal services. He is a member of the AICPA and FICPA

Linda M. Raymond, CPA

Received her MBA (concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems) and her B.A. (accounting major) from the University of South Florida in 1999 and 1983, respectively. In 1992, she became licensed to use the CFP and Certified Financial Planner marks, and received the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuation in 1999. She has been with our firm since 1988, and is a member of the AICPA, FICPA and IBA.

Ms. Raymond has extensive experience in traditional l accounting and tax services and in business consulting, merger and acquisition analysis, tax, estate and gift planning and representation before Federal and State taxing authorities. She has expertise in various industry segments including financial institutions, insurance companies and equipment dealerships. She also has extensive experience in small business accounting system implementation.

Joesph A. Del Rosal, CPA

Received his BS (finance and accounting major). from the University of South Florida in 1987, and joined our firm in 2003, after numerous years in the private sector where he has served as both a controller and chief financial officer. In addition to experience in traditional accounting and tax services, Mr. Del Rosal has extensive experience in both construction and manufacturing industry segments as well as accounting system implementation. He is a member of the AICPA, FICPA and is a certified Quickbooks Proadvisor.
